How does the export to another format portion work. I've been trying to use that but when I hit open I'm getting an error.

How does the export to another format portion work. I've been trying to use that but when I hit open I'm getting an error.
After you query a keyword you get results. On the top of the results you get export options click the all capped letters to get a download prompt. e.g. click "TXT" and it will prompt you to download a .txt document.. Tested in IE6/Firefox

What error are you getting?

I'm using IE and get an error when I try to open the file instead of downloading.
